Aaaaah, Summer! I will never be able to think of summer with anything other than joy. To me, it represents playtime, ice cream, swing sets, cookouts, porch sitting, fireflies, watermelon, and walking on the beach. The days feel endless, and everything seems possible. Summer is also when I devote most of my time to perfecting my hang out skills.
The Fine Art of Hanging Out
A good hang out can include any number of factors, but it should always be relaxed and unhurried. Anyone who has ever taken a beach vacation with me understands this. Stroll down the beach? Groovy. Jogging on the beach? Get the hell away from me. A good hang out involves no real goals other than enjoying yourself.
