I recently had the chance to see Adam Ant perform live, which is something I missed during his heyday. He’s still got it, but the sound in the venue was terrible, and the backing band just didn’t have the verve of the original Ants. That said, when they played this tune, the whole place came alive and the sound issues were forgotten. Adam Ant is still the sexiest swashbuckler to come out of the 80s, and us Gen Xers are still railing against the injustices in our world
